they are scamming people.

I literally been to the shop and they are scamming people. They give different prices all the time and they expect to be tipped. Literally I did not tip them and they refused my business in the future. Also they act like this only with African Americans. I want the business to be investigated. They have no price listings for there services , so they constantly charging different prices for the same services to different customers and Higher for African Americans.
