Give a bill and give you at least 90 days before reporting it to destroy people's credit.
No bill was sent, just reported to credit company, no bad marks on my credit report other than their remark. Even after i paid it, they were very hard to do business with. I pay my bills and this was a insurance claim. That was tied up with forms. Very hard to talk and deal with. Was even threatened to either pay it or they would destroy my credit.
