Dentist - Professional dental (not very professional)

professional dental is not "professional" with poor communication and billing practices and lack of office personnel being lied to and twisting up stories i would not advise anyone to be treated by this office. I initially took my 5 yr old daughter there for 2 crowns and several filings the women that is the front desk clerk was very nice at first explained the procedure and told me what i had to pay before they would do the services so i paid 864.00 my potion that the insurance deemed that was the coinsurance ...i had to take my daughter in earlier than what was expected since her tooth was very bad they offered her nitrous saying she wouldnt feel or remember anything ..that was a lie she was tramatized... we went 2 times and the second they still were unable to do the filling ...i called on several occassions to talk to her but of coarse she was never in the office always a stupid reason why she was off.... they had no back up to answer questions about there billing any PROFESSIONAL office would have at least 2 EXPERIENCED billing personnel in there office to answer questions and make sure everything was being processed correctly.... I had called and they didnt not return my calls in a timely manner i had to drive there on 2 occassions to get anything resolved and i was not happy what so ever wasted my time .... i had to see what was going on with my refund of 364.00 and they are only refunding me 304.00 which means I am losing 64.50 of which is my money so they actually stole my money and wont refund it ...obviously she AGAIN is not in the office and the other girl had no clue of why i wasnt getting my money back.... NEVER EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS GROUP!!!! Your child will be tortured and the nitrous dosent work go to a pediatric dentist where they can give your child an IV SEDATION and off to sleep they go nothing seen felt or heard come out of it happy and not screaming and cryin.... the doctor name is SONYA REDDING ....
