This place is a Very UNPROFESSIONAL & UNORGANIZED I honestly feel as if someone needs to go in check this place out

About 3 weeks and 5 days ago I went to the gyn for my annual check up, I actually went ass a walk in. I noticed a week went by with no call so I then called them, I was told a doctor will call me shortly, and never did I'm calling another week goes by I'm being told To be patient. I then receive a letter in the mail from my Medicaid stating I was diagnosed with something. I call that morning they begin avoiding me and also adding no doctors are available to speak with me. This place is a Very UNPROFESSIONAL & UNORGANIZED I honestly feel as if someone needs to go in check this place out I'm not sure if they're taking on too much patients but this is absurd!! And now I'm being told Medicaid is no longer to be accepted, please helllllpp. I would like the business to actually take key to their profession understanding what's in their job description and adhering to it for the sake of females like myself who suffers from anxiety this was a first time experience that was very draining
