Received a bill that was rejected by insurance due to their mistake in filing. Cannot reach a single person via their only means of contact and they refuse to call me back. I'm not entirely sure they employ actual humans. Resolution Sought Address issue. Hire employees that actually field and return calls.

I addressed this issue with Mr. Johnson a couple of months ago. I contacted your establishment last month to make you aware. I also faxed a reply in. I called again to let you know that I took care of this months ago and was told to send an email. Mr. Johnson was not calling our office when he had the issue. He was calling the doctor's office that was our client. Whenever he went into the office, he was told that we were responsible for his billing issue. However, not only was his claim in question paid, our business relationship with the client had also been resolved. So, to address the customer desired settlement: We employ humans. He was given false information from a client we no longer had a relationship with. I spoke to Mr. Johnson myself. I explained the situation to him, and he stated understanding. I apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused him. Please let me know if you have any have any questions or further concerns.
