I spoke to an agent for the company months before my lease ended and was told I have to give 60 day notice if I want to terminate my lease early but if I leave on the day my lease ended I just need to pick a move out date. So I stayed for the duration of my lease then was told a week before I moved out that I needed a 60 day notice to move out on my lease date and since I didn't do that that they would be charging me. I made 2 cases to get that fee waived since I was told different by one of their agents, with no response back from them either time. I move out and they are trying to charge me almost $3500 for this "fee" and will not let me dispute it. They do not care I was told other wise they just want money from me. The whole year I lived there was a nightmare because they barely fixed anything and never got back to me about anything. I had to live in that house for a week with a dead cat in the ceiling because they wouldn't get it out. Resolution Sought The wave the fee for the 60 day notice.

I made an account to fill out an application for a house in Georgia, 30038 in which I was referred to by a realtor. There was a one time application fee for $50 + $3.54 that I paid. Mins later, I received an email stating that my application was denied due to their prospective accumulated renters score. However, only after the application denial I learned that credit was a major factor in getting approved. Initially, after completing the application I received feedback saying that the application approval will need be based on the city housing authority inspection for the house. I submitted a housing voucher and other valuable information to complete an application. I am disappointed that the business will ask people to put personal information and pay a fee only to deny the applicant. If the credit score was asked for, or the application had detailed specifics highlighting reasons for application denial I would not had wasted time nor money submitting an application. Resolution Sought Continue my application/ referral/refund.
