What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. I am glad they were able to honor the correct prorated amount for the move out information.

I do respect that they are trying to end everything with the move out process on good terms. I do hope to get a percentage of the move in fees back to us. We are completing all of the requirements to their standards for the move out process. Hopefully we have a smooth transition.
