I have been trying to upload photos to the website in order to add roadside assistance and comprehensive coverage. Since Feb 20 I I've been trying to update the policy and their site is always down. I've called numerous times, asked for my account to be notated, to no avail until something happened. I needed a tow and. Rental car. They have failed to help me change my policy. When I called they literally just repeated back what I said to them. Not even listening, I've got it on tape. Resolution Sought Pay for the tow truck.

My wife was involved in an accident where a Big Rig Truck tore up the front of my 2007 Ford Mustang. I reported this to Progressive Insurance with no results. No nothing. Resolution Sought I want my car repaired and a rental car during this process.
