Progressive is trying to charge me with a balance of $641.00. I do not owe them any money. I told them I was not going to renew my policy that's up for renewal this month (January). my son girlfriend had an accident in my car while he was at her home asleep. He do not stay with me but he was using the car. Progressive took it upon themselves to add my son to the policy. They did this without talking to me or asking for proof that he did stay with me. I have the poof he don't stay with me. He has his own place to stay. They also breach my confedentially by decussing with him my insurance information when he is not the policy holding on the policy and they sent him the money to fix the car without my knowledge. I do not know anything about what took place with progressive and my son. They have clearly practice wrongful dealings when it comes to my insurance with them. Now they are threating me by charging me a false charge of $641.00 and sending my name to the collection agency. This is not right and insurance companies should not be allowed to do customers this way. Resolution Sought Stop harassing me and drop there false charge of $641.00

I'm not sure on the amount ,I was involved in a auto accident on my way to work at king county metro on March 15,2025.i was insured with progressive insurance.a tukwila parks and rec dump truck rolled or backed into my 2017 honda civic ,mint 67,000 miles on it .their were no tickets isued.i feel the tukwila officer and parks rec gentleman were a little to crummy with eachother and he should have been ticketed, at time of accident I called police and my insurance immediately to report it.city of tukwila parks and rec has not tried to reach out to me to fix my vehicle at all.my insurance company acknowledging that I was not at fault but has refused to pursue city of tukwila, and I am out a brand new car.this is one of many complaints I am filing to move forward to collect on the totaled car of mine 2017 ho da civic ,car would have easily sold to a lot for 14,000 or more so I dont know how much is owed ,all I know is I was not at fault and I deserve justice Resolution Sought To fix or total my car out, and do the right thing,we pay into insurance our whole lifes to drive ,and now a insurance company can choose when they will pursue a accident when their client is not at fault, and not a little insurance company, a very rich one.im still insured with progressive on my 2018 honda civic amd my 2017 insurance ended today Nov 5,2025
