They steal your money and don't help with claims most fraud company and devilish people that you have to deal with

Poor Customer Service

I am currently looking to purchase new insurance. I have put together a quote online and when I called in to check on the status of my quote, I was put with a customer service representative by the name of Amanda. Miss Amanda, I guess decided that she was not going to do her job today and hung up on me in the middle of my sentence, I called back to file a complaint and Mr Lee in customer service informed me that there is nobody I am able to speak with in regards to this. If I was a customer, they would be able to take my complaint.
