I was told I'll get my refund in 3-4 days then turn into 10-12 days then was told on 10/16/22 which is a Sunday my refund was sent I called my bank and it's nothing there as of 10/18 so talked to Vicky a supervisor who now tells me 10/19 they gave me false information and lied and I still don't have my refund from progressive they stole my money and won't give it back they keep lying changing the time frame very misleading I don't recommend them to no one. Resolution Sought Give me my money asap or I'm filing a case lawsuit and suing them. And ima dispute the charge and get the whole thing back if it's not resolved
