CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I keep trying to pay off early but they refuse to take my calls and they won't allow me to login to their their app. They keep sending me codes that don't work. My early payoff is 230 but if I don't pay it off soon they hook me into almost 900 and I can't get them to answer me Resolution Sought I want to pay off early but they won't let me.

Lease agreement #34030081 I had a lease and returned the item per the regulations of the lease contract. My account is still listing the lease as active and saying that I owe the money when the item was returned and the lease was ended. I can no longer get approved for future leases because it shows an outstanding lease. I called customer service and was told there was nothing I could do about it. The item was returned we and I never missed a payment on any of my leases including this one. Resolution Sought I'd like my account to be updated and to show that agreement # 34030081 was fulfilled and is no longer active nor do I owe any money to progressive leasing. I'd love to continue to be a customer but cannot do that if my account shows outstanding balance and paused agreement. Thank you. I love progressive leasing and understand this is an oversight but unfortunately customer service was not at all helpful or friendly
