Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

On September 16-2021 I needed a Proof of my home Title Insurance that we bought in 1996 with progressive, I called the company in Glendale and spoke to Ms. Lila Herrera she told me yes our Title insurance was still valid, and that she will give me the proof or the copy of our policy, that was early morning Thursday so she give me their email Glen.daleunit80@ProgressiveTitle.com and she told met to email the request which I did. Then she replied and ask me to send my address for verification which I did immediately, and the I wait and wait until about close to 4:00pm and I asked her she said again twice you Title Insurance is still valid and good, but she doesn't think that they will be Abel to give me the proof or the copy of the policy I asked her why she could not give me the Answer! Since then she is telling me that she is requesting it from somewhere but she isn't sure if she will get it ! I asked to talk to the Title manager, he wasn't available I ask to talk to any other person in the office, no one was there. On 09-17-2021 spoke with Marino Ayoma and she said she can't do anything until next Monday, all I need is a copy of my Title Insurance. Please help me. Thanks. Resolution Sought All I want is a proof of my insurance or a copy of My Title insurance policy.
