My Complaint about Project one is, that they gave me misleading information about the aul extended warranty, when I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey with 51861 miles from them, the extended warranty was going to cover 48 months or 75 Thousand miles which ever came first, meaning it was in addition to the already 51861 miles on the Odometer, but according to the warranty company aul I no longer have coverage on my vehicle in less than two years and 78,000 miles on the Odometer, I feel I was ripped off of $2,0204.00 and I blame project one Auto for it, because of the way I was misled to buy a service contract that wasn't going to cover what they made me believe it would, I demand a full refund of my money for the extended warranty. Resolution Sought I will like to have a full refund of the money paid for this so called extended warranty

We explained with the complainant that the option he had for extended warranty options range from 60K miles up to 150K miles. We provided the different payment options for each level of coverage and the monthly payment that complainant wanted was for 4 year 75K miles from the original date of purchase. We also let him know that if the warranty had not been used over the past 2 years he could cancel at any time and have the warranty reimbursed. He was going to check on if he used the warranty and follow up with us if he needed further assistance, but we believer this matter is closed at this time. Just to be clear, the warranty can be cancelled at his choice ANYTIME. He does not even need to speak with us. He just cancels direct with the warranty company. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I financed the vehicle July 10 of this year the very next day I had to bring it back, been back and forth since then, so the bank ended up canceling my contract the dealership submitted a new application and now they are asking for and additional 1800 on top of the 7,000, they already have from me, so I told them I can't afford the extra 1,800 they said I can't get my money back. Resolution Sought Just give me my 7,000 down payment that I put and I never want to see them again! Dealership nightmare.

We have attempted to reach you multiple times regarding this issue and have spoken with you in person multiple times as well. On July 9th you purchased a vehicle from our dealership, that unfortunately for both of us was under false pretenses. The bank you chose to finance through required you to confirm you were satisfied with vehicle, you never did. After your approval with the bank expired, you required our dealership to make several thousand dollars worth of repairs to the vehicle that were clearly from damage due to driving the vehicle our dealership still had not been paid for. When we tried to get you re-approved with the same bank, as now you stated you would complete the bank interview, the bank had found out you originally used fraudulent pay stubs and as a result provided less competitive deal (higher rate/lower term/high down payment/higher bank fees). Our dealership stands behind the vehicle and has put several thousand into repairing the damage you caused. However, due to your credit we do not have other internal lenders we can finance this vehicle through and as a result have required the customer to provide their own financing, or to finance with the less competitive deal through their original bank.
