We had a general contractor (Rob) come inspect our house in June. He took a siding panel and told us it would be about 18 weeks. We have tried to email (on 1/5/23) with out any response. I called the main office on 1/19/23 and spoke with a lady that told me I should receive a call from Eddy. She also said it looked like siding was ordered and said Eddy would call my husband. It is 3/3/23 and we still have not been contacted or updated by the company. We have a check from our insurance that is about to expire. Resolution Sought We would like to have an update on where things stand. The entire neighborhood has been completely reroofed and resided (several from this company).
