Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I've been trying to cancel this membership since April 2020, they charged me $120 per month and I emailed them April 2020 to make sure they would cancel this membership. They emailed back asking why I wanted to cancel to which I responded there was no return I could see for this investment and since membership would expire April 2020 I just wanted to make sure they would not continue to charge but they continued. In August 2020 I called to complain about charges since April 2020 and they told me on the phone they would process the refund. Refund was not processed and they continued to bill until today $100/month. Now they don't answer the phone and they don't respond to emails so I filed a dispute with credit card company to deal with them. It's being a nightmare and I don't know what else to do to make them stop charging me every month. Last charge I have from them is May 3rd. Credit card company said they will block future charges so hopefully that works but I need a refund from all they charges they have charged to my account since April 2020. Thanks Resolution Sought I'd like them to refund the amount they illegally charged plus $500 for the headache and time invested trying to get a refund in the past year. $1940 in total
