Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I'm being charged $170 for insurance because they claim I haven't provided proof of insurance. I have the evidence in text and email that I have provided the insurance to Pronto Finance and was verified that it was received. It shows in the IL Secretary of State that my insurance was active. I asked for managers name to complain she refused to give me her name 3 different phone calls and keeps threatening to reposes my vehicle. They've caused me so much stress and worry because of this. I said I was going to report them to the BBB her response was laughing about it. They're rating is very bad on google and from what I've read from other customers reviews were they're known to doing this with they're customers and rip they're customers off in any way possible. Not giving me her name alone goes against pronto finance policy. All calls have been recorded by pronto finance as well. They also called a business where my vehicle was parked yesterday asking why is my vehicle parked at that location this has me worried about my safety now as well. Resolution Sought I would like for them to take off and credit me back all the illegal fees they're charging me.
