I'm the son of a tenant at this property. My mother is 74 years old and this new owner has disregard her complaints. She had clog toilet for almost 3 weeks and no one would call her back. The number is always busy. They are not keeping this property up to code. Also my mother bathroom wall has water in the walls. She is a senior citizen and should not live in these conditions. Its illegal to ask for rent when essentials items are not been repaired. I has pay out of my pocket to get her toilet fixed. Unacceptable!! Please help my mother with this terrible situation. I will also call the Mayor of Gary to assist as well. I'm very angry about this whole issue. Resolution Sought This company need to be hold accountable for the actions. They need to make my mother are in living conditions as well as other tenants. They seem to not care about the people living there but take their money. I hope you agency will make them do their job!!
