My complaint is regarding the daily smoking that is happening from tenants from the building. The lease states this is a non smoking unit/building. I have contacted the leasing office is maybe 10 different occasions most recently yesterday. I keep being advise to wait for an update, to wait for an update, but the update never comes. I was made aware that the office manager was out of the office and was told that I would have to wait for her return to the office. The smoking is constant my wife and son have asthma and the smoke aggravates their asthma. I have emailed, called, even visited the office to get a response, but as of now there has been no resolution. I have proof of the smoking butts and I have emailed once these indents happen. My families health is being jeopardized not to mention the stress that this has created for our family. Resolution Sought My families desired out come is for tenants to be removed from the unit. i have asked the property management if my family would be the one to leave would they pay for relocation expenses and rent different but did not get a response on that either. My family has been in this unit the longest for about 5 years always paid rent and on time I have all the emails i have sent as well as pictures

Every time there is a complaint, we send out blanket letters to all tenants reminding them that there is no smoking allowed on the property, inside or outside. This is signed by all tenants in their lease. The apartment thought to possibly be the offender just moved out, so let's hope it was that unit as not able to identify where smoke was coming from.
