I called upsurge management group in Redding CA to tell them my toilet isn't working my oven door broke my flouscent light in kitchen is out and one of my outlets isn't working ..After reporting this they said put it on their portal for faster service..no answer on the portal so I called again and got a hold of someone named Callie who told they would come out last Thursday and give me a call before they came I waited all day Thursday no call no show.I have called over and over no answer and went back on the portal and issued my complaints and said I need to talk to someone asap.This company is in Redding I live in Red Bluff and since they took over everyone is complaining about them never getting back to you. I have been here 2 years and never been late on my rent...I need my toilet fixed asap what can I do to get them to respond. Resolution Sought Contact them and make sure they follow thru
