Company states; The customer is upset that he purchased an item that was Clearly listed as Untested as we did not have the power cord for the item. His claim is for 10K but he only paid $555.00. He took a gamble and is mad it didn't work out. However, this is no fault of the company and the customer should take responsibility. This complaint should be thrown out. The item was listed as untested sold as is and not returnable. This was very clear. Now he is upset at the company but he is the one who bid on the item and in doing so accepted the ters. So the 2 computers we purchased from property room was tested and cleared based on their own add statement they were crome books owed by school districts and they could not be cleared because the owners of the school district itself needs to release them in order to clear them before they can be used on anything again they are marked on the cover as owned by school districts in Oakland California. So clearly they have power cords. Then you have a key programing tool that is locked to the original owner and can't be unlocked as when we recived the tool it powered on and off but had a lock code on it that was not described in the add. Let alone they have tons of Powe cords for testing all sorts of equipment so that is a blatant lie in regards to their statement and the original owner wants their product back in both cases so we can't even use the items at all. We called the manufacturer on the key programing tool they stated it was reported stolen so we can't get the code to unlock the machine. Then the school districts crome books are tied to the school and they want them back. Stating they were school districts property in Oakland California. We also have issues of stolen prop.
