I went to to the place on 5/24 for a facial treatment, in the evaluation they convinced me to do a Utheraphy and said in 4 sessions I would have the expected result. We would start the treatment at this moment but unfortunately I was allergic to the numb cream, they said would order a different numb cream and i would be able to do it. Then I payed $800 at the moment and would pay the rest ($1200) later ( they knew that i was allergic and still sold me this package and said i would able to do it). before I pay we found they said the would order when I went next time they said there isn't another numb cream and I won't be able to do it (they should have said that before I payed for the treatment I will no longer be able to do). When I go the next time they said they changed my package because I was allergic and couldn't do the Utheraphy. So now I am still paying, I received 3 sessions of treatments that I wouldn't chose to pay because they tricked me into pay. Last time I went I complain about it, they said they would call me to talk about a partial refund or what we could do and never called me. I am still paying, never received the promised treatment, received 3 other treatments non necessary for me. I would like a partial refund for what I've payed ($900 so far) and cancel the rest that I owe since they are unable to provide the treatment I bought, which they sold me knowing I wouldn't be able to do it. Resolution Sought Partial refund from the $900 I've payed already and cancel the rest I owe.
