I applied for a loan and was told that if I didn't get the loan my money would be refunded it's been two years and they keep wanting me to send money to get the refund but every time I send the money they come up with more charges claiming that it's the manager at the bank that is demanding more money. The amount they want me to send now is $595. I have been dealing with a man by the name of Robert Powell. He even sent me a letter guaranteeing I would get the refund but it never happens. I want my money back as I feel I have been scammed big time. Can you please help me get this money back. Resolution Sought I want the refund of 30500 back.

I've added my address to this complaint, please see above. In the past I've spoken with Jason. I called Robert Powell, and I was told I'm in the refund file. I was also informed they owe me $30,465, but, I would have to pay $665 in order to get my refund, which doesn't make sense. He claims it's per the bank manager's request. Again that doesn't make sense. I shouldn't be paying money to get a refund. I've been trying to get this refund for 2 years now. I just received a text this morning from (405) 295-8872 asking me to pay more money. Please give me my money back.
