I recently signed a lease with this company and was put off work because of a spinal back problem. I told them about what was happening and returned my keys. Hoping to at least get my security deposit back. But instead they told me that I owe them money because of my lease. I was put off work by my doctor and am unable to make money. I told them this and they show no remorse. All they cared is that I have to pay them 75 of what's left of my lease. I believe that this is wrong and should be handled differently. No help from anyone in the office. The lady in the front told me that there was nothing they could do. This is immoral and I hope that we can resolve this issue quickly. Resolution Sought Is to be refunded my security deposit at least. I don't care about the month's rent that I lost. All I care is just trying to get my security deposit back which is $350.
