Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. In 2018 I purchases a sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture with a warranty purchased through ProtectAll. The salesman assured me that the warranty covered a replacement of all cushions, no questions within 5 years. The salesman also sold the sectional by assuring me i could remove the cushion covers to wash them as needed, as pets are present. My couch is falling apart at the seams, literally. I filed my claim with pictures of the sofa. I was told "seem failure isn't covered". If not seem failure, what is covered? Why get a warranty? Resolution Sought A replacement of all of the cushions or the sofa entirely.

Thank you for reaching out to GBS Enterprises. We are sorry to hear that you have had such a frustrating experience. We have located your file and reviewed your claim. The protection plan that you purchased does not cover seam separation. We do apologize for any misinformation that was advised to you. Additionally, you are able to contact the store to see if the fabric is available, and you can purchase the loose removable seat cushions and back cushions, and install them yourself by taking the old ones off and installing the new ones.
