I ordered Replacement pyrex glass for my vape device on provape.com and never got the shipment try to dispute it with the store and they refused to give me my money back. Resolution Sought I want a refund since I never got the product that I sent money for.

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Kindly note that USPS is the delivery agent for our orders, so, in fact, they should handle the delays or losses of the items... In this case, we opened a claim to USPS to find out what really happened with your order. Usually, we should wait for USPS's status update for us to proceed with the refund, but for not delaying the case, we already refunded your funds. Actually, we did this a long before, according to your notification, but seems due to some technical issues it has not gone through, so we processed RE- refund again. It is supposed that you will get your money back in a few business days (please consider the weekend, as it makes delays).
