Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am writing this Complaint about Provident Trust Group (https://trustprovident.com) They oversaw my self-directed gold IRA as the "Custodian" –Do Not Trust Them. Provident Trust Group (Michael Jones) was the legal custodian of my self-directed Gold IRA and collaborated closely with Richard Cohen, Huntington Alternative Wealth's owner. Richard's company handled my Provident Trust Group application for a self-directed gold IRA. Richard then sold me the precious metals to place in my Gold IRA. I am writing to warn other retirees about my horrible experience with both companies. If I save one other senior citizen from getting taken advantage of, I will be grateful. Let me start at the beginning. At the time, I was concerned about protecting my retirement money. I had worked very hard to secure a nest egg for myself and I was looking at options for security and protection. I received a call from Huntington Alternative Wealth in May of 2022, and I was interested in learning how a self-directed Gold IRA works. I spoke with Richard Cohen Owner of Huntington Alternative Wealth. However, before I did business with either Provident Trust or Huntington, I did my due diligence. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website and both companies had A+ ratings. Mr. Cohen offered me the option to invest in gold. Once my account was open at Provident, he then sent me an invoice for the coins that I would be buying. Resolution Sought To make me whole on the current market value of the 161.25 oz from the 1st invoice dated 6/6/22 - invoice number - HMI08
