If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Eddie Johnson, contractor placed a roof on my house around July 2021. The house is tipping over. He use big ugly boards that didn't fit the house. The roof was put on the house with an government contract from the city. Randy Cornelius was supposed to represent me during the process because he worked for the city and that was his dept. well I called Randy and the contractor several times about the house. Randy would come out and take pictures that's all he did. Well a few months ago I had someone come out to give me an estimate of fixing the roof. He said the roof was in a mess that new roof was on top of old roof. The wood was rotten, their was no structural support, and that it was a code violation. My kitchen ceiling is sagging now. It could cave in. The house is a safety risk, but I got no where else to live. I have tried to get an Attorney but I haven't found one yet. I claim 200.000$ because the roofer said it would be at least 50,000$ I also want more money for him putting me at Risk. Resolution Sought I would like for y'all to be the liaison between us and to present the evidence. Let him know the seriousness of the matter if he go forward. He could be charged in a court of law and he could loose his license. I don't know if you all can help me, but would you please let me know. Thanks, In Advance
