I am reaching out to share a concern regarding a contractor currently listed as certified through your organization — ProWest LLC, based in Mesa, Arizona. In October 2025, I engaged ProWest following storm-related roof damage. While they performed a minimal emergency tarp placement, no substantive work was ever scheduled or completed. After my insurance provider denied a supplemental claim submitted by ProWest for a full roof replacement (which my insurer deemed unwarranted), the company became entirely unresponsive to multiple follow-up emails over several weeks. In addition, ProWest initially solicited business at my home in violation of a posted "No Soliciting" sign and without the permit required by the City of Tempe. Their conduct throughout the process raised concerns regarding ethical business practices, responsiveness, and possible misrepresentation of scope to insurers. I've since retained another contractor and am in the process of submitting formal complaints to appropriate consumer protection agencies. Resolution Sought No further contact by business.

Per consumer: I have since asked ProWest Roofing to cease all further contact and they responded confirming that they have no issue with doing so. I consider the matter closed at this time and I began working with a different contractor.
