My water heater when out in my house in November. I have American Home Shield warranty. I called them and they gave me a 2 option I pay $700, Which I didn't have or they send me the money that covered on my warranty I have to get it fix myself. I called Alabama Power Company to price a gas water heater and they told me price but, they don't come anyone to come out and put them in anymore. The lady from Alabama Power Company reference me to Anthony Prude because he retired from them and he has his own business, and he contractor. She gave me his number, I called him and asked him how much he will charge me to buy a water he heater and put it in. He told and text me $535.00. I explained to him what AHS Warranty company wants me to send them when he finished the job which was this. The types of proof of repair that you can provide include: • A copy of a paid invoice from the licensed contractor that repaired/replaced your item • A copy of a mechanical permit issued by the city/county indicating that the required repair/replacement has been completed • An inspection report or statement on the company letterhead of a licensed contractor indicating that the item has been properly repaired/replaced As soon as we receive acceptable documentation, we will include your water heater as covered under my current home protection plan per term of your contract. He does the job 11-17-2021. I been texting him for a month to get this information from him. I gave him my em Resolution Sought I would like to get all the proof from his company to send to AHS warranty so my water heater can be covered on my home plan protection warrant. I explained to him I was on a time frame. He will say. I been busy I will get it to you. I had 10 days. I mean 10 days to get that information back to him and I told him that my water heat is still leaking water that why he came to fix it. It not fix. I am tired of texting calling. This like I am harassing him for my paperwork he has my email address.
