My employer frontier communications has this company take care of disability insurance. I was hurt and have submitted all that paperwork required from this company from my doctors. I was approved and then they stopped paying me because the doctor I was seeing referred me to a new doctor and they needed more paperwork. I was told the had 15 business days to get back to me and it's been over a month. I was never released to go back to work yet so it should never have stop paying me in the first place. I put in calls to my case worker and they give me the run around saying it's still in progressing. Well it's way passed the possessing time that they are allowed. I haven't got any money since the 15th of June and my caseworker always gone or on vacation and can't get a hold of her. They have 24 hours to contact me back and I have put in for calls and they don't call me back. Every-time I called they just make notes and tell me they will request and supervisor or my caseworker to call me but I don't get a call. I have contacted my HR department and they said they just need the paperwork from prudential and they will send me a check but they can't do anything till they here from prudential but prudential isn't doing there job. I have bills to pay and can't because I claim in stuck in the Quality control department and no one can tell me for how long. This company should not be in business when this is how they handle things. Resolution Sought To get paid.

I have been with Prudential insurance for over 20 years. I am entitled to take money from.my account for hardship and I have not worked for union in over 4 months so I really need my money for rent. It been over a month when it is only suppose to take 48 under review for process. It been over 30 days that my paperwork been sitting on someone desk. Every time I call they telling me the same thing it is still under review..Progressive received my paperwork twice all the paperwork that is needed to complete this transaction...Please I need some help..I need my money need somebody to start doing their job working on my hardship withdrawal or i will be put in the street .Please help Resolution Sought My $2000
