I took my NALA paralegal certification skills exam February 3, 2024. PSI schedules for results to be emailed within 6-8 weeks. The 8 weeks lapsed 3/30/2024. I called the following Monday, April 1 2024 and was told the results would arrive in my inbox in 24-48 hours. They did not. I called again Thursday, April 11th just to be told once again that the results would come in 24-48 hours. Again, they did not. I called a third time Monday, April 8 2024. I was told for the second time that my "ticket was escalated to high priority" and would receive results in 24 hours. Again, I did not. I called today, April 9, 2024 and was told to email PSIonline support. I still don't have my test results. PSI claims they do not have direct contact with the "backing team" that possesses the testing results, and indicated there was no way to reach them outside of creating tickets. These are higher education exams that my employer is waiting and depending on, and PSI is incapable of obtaining exam results within a 2 month period. My income depends on these results. Instead of having them ready for my employer, I am taking a 30-45 minutes from my job to hold PSI's hand in an attempt to ensure they're fulfilling their obligation. I took this same exam last year, and did not receive my results within the 8 weeks that time either. I had to call PSI to send them over. A coworker relayed that she waited approximately 12 weeks for her results. Resolution Sought I want a refund for the fee pertaining to both skills exams, and I want to see PSI take initiatives to ensure future clients receive their results in a timely fashion. If they are incapable of meeting the 8 week deadline, they need to relay a different due date to future clients.
