Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Everything I load this app it freezes for 2 to 3 minutes about 10 seconds after loading. I have access to my PS5 dashboard for everything else, but can't move anything in game. This has been consistent for a year to two. If I join a server it will confirm I've joined but if only a minute or two left it will say I've joined before randomly booting me from tournament for no reason... It wastes my time and infuriates me. However, their music will almost overbearingly start from the first second and will never get interrupted. I like the music, but even brand new stuff loads right away with no problem, even though the rest of the game freezes. I have recorded dozens of examples... and it can easily be replicated. Resolution Sought Fix the process. If I get in a tournament it shouldn't randomly boot me even though it says I've joined but when it starts to generate the tournament all tournament info just disappears like nothing happened. I can't get compensated for years of frustration, but I can embarrass them for doing it.
