I rent a light pole to help light up my backyard due to recent theft. I called to have a bulb replaced and they install a light that lasted 2 or 3 months and its out again leaving my property exposed to darkness. I called 3 days ago and no one has replaced the bulb. I know if I was white public service would have changed that bulb the day I called but because I'm Black its been 4 days and all I get when I call is I will write up a ticket and have someone come out which 1 lie after the next Resolution Sought Change the bulb with a new bulb not (used)
