Yesterday my electricity was disconnected. I paid the past due amount at 2 p.m. and waited at home all day and night for it to be connected. I called today to check the update and was told since I was not home, they did not turn on the breaker outside. That is a lie; I was home all day, and nobody bothered to knock on my door to let me know about this. I missed a whole day of work due to this. I don't work for PUB; how would I have known that my electricity was back on and that I had to turn on a breaker? I had to go through a lot of wirings and had to go through all the breakers since they're not really numbered only have letters and all the units here are # and A-D. I had to just switch one and hope for that it was for my unit. This is unacceptable; the technician failed to come to my door and let me know about this! I risked my food in my refrigerator getting spoiled and had my 3 kids suffering through this heat! Resolution Sought I would like for the technician to face the consequences of lying and failing to do his job correctly. I would like to receive a percentage off of my coming electric bill.
