CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

They changed their online service and I could not pay my bill online for a couple of months. I called them and sent three emails and never received any emails returned. I called in December and spoke with a woman three times trying to get in touch with the man in charge. He never returned my phone call and now they are charging me $165.00 for late fees that I was unable to pay because the website wouldn't let me and they have stopped picking up my trash and recycling. The former website is still online so this has to be happening to others as well. Resolution Sought I want my bill back to return to the normal monthly bill and all of the late fees taken off and I want my trash picked up.
