Took a ATV in for fixing a total of 3 times. The ATV was falsely fixed and was told the front and back breaks along with a new back hub and drive shift was put in. Unfortunately, none of these were fixed and I'm out $850. All the proof and also have text saying there nothing else he can do. Resolution Sought I would like to receive at least some of my money back if not all so that I'm able to have it fixed the correct way.

Company states; We have tried working with this customer over and over again, also note he road the ATV all summer and this was 6 months ago. No refunds will be provided.

Luckily, I have the receipts and it was actually less then 3 weeks ago and the problem was the day after from bringing home from your shop with proof of messeges and will be going to small claims court to receive my $ back. Hopefully, next time you'll understand to actually do the work you say you do instead of scamming people out there heard earned money.
