Contractual fraud, misuse of personal information (including a third-party Social Security number), and irregularities in the rental and purchase/sale contracts for the 2024 Nissan Frontier Resolution Sought an investigation into the fraudulent act and identity theft committed To provide all written documents from the negotiation of two contracts, one for rent and the other for purchase and sale, because they are ENCRYPTED and they refuse to hand them over. We need transparency in this negotiation.

I bought a car from them. I was deceived because I didn't understand English. The online price was $16,000. They sold it to me for $41,770. I clearly stated that I didn't need insurance. On Oct. 1 2024, I went to car dealer to ask for a refund. They ignored me, I pad a down payment of $4000 in advance. They also asked me to pay $37,700 in installments for 6 years. I was deceived and taken advantage and was not given a contract in my primary language. Resolution Sought VOID contract and issue refund of down payment.
