Price gouging!!

I purchased a drink that had a price listed for 2.49 and was charged 2.89. This is owned by a husband and wife and the wife said all of the prices posted were wrong which I replied how are we suppose to know that as a consumer. They both replied they didn't care about that or bad reviews. I would like an investigation into this business because this was also an alcoholic beverage. I believe that they may not be keeping ABC commission regulations. Take business courses because obviously you don't understand business or economics. Post correct prices and honor what your business has priced instead of being lazy and expecting your customer to get over your mistakes.
