Tried contacting in ref.to them failing to mail my bill. They do not answer calls nor return them. My emails to their customer service are returned. I cannot any longer pay my bill online as they only accept credit card for payment. For the six months I paid online with my checking account then they changed the website which is also a problem just getting into your account. Resolution Sought Mail my bill in a timely manner on which it arrives many days before the due date. Correct the problem with website to be able to access account on the first try.

I contacted this business in regards to an early termination fee that was placed on my bill back in July. I did not request for my services to be terminated. I contacted them they said it would take up to 30 days to resolve the problem and I could continue paying my regular bill. Time went by and every month the early termination fee was still on. In Aug, I called several times about the same issue and that I was moving and my services needed to be transferred and that they still hadn't resolved the problem they said a supervisor would contact me within 24-48 hours and no one has called. This was 2 weeks ago. They advised me to create a new acct for my new services which I did & now they have assessed another early termination fee on the old account. Resolution Sought They need to dismiss the bill because the bill went from 600 something to 800.00 to 951 and now to 1547. We have not been at the address that they are still trying to service since September 14th.
