Consumer alleges your company refuses to provide her with a refund after she was sold an aggressive dog. Consumer purchased a an 11 week old Golden Retriever. She paid $7000 and received the dog on 03/25/21. The dog was extremely aggressive. Cosnumer has owned Golden Retrievers in the past, this was her 5th Golden Retriever. The dog was biting her and reaching and jumping to her face. Consumer brought the issue to your attention however no one was getting back to her. Consumer felt like she had no choice but to turn her over the Golden Retriever's Animal Rescue for her safety. Cosnumer notified you that she had turned the dog over and asked to get at least half of her money back however you are refusing to do so. She is told no refund will be issued because she did not return the dog to you, however no one was getting back to her and this was becoming a safety issue. Consumer wants your company to issue a refund. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to issue a refund.
