I purchased two Pura diffusers for roughly $50 each and have been on the monthly subscription of two scents per month per device, with my recent order totaling $53. This order was placed November 8th and paid for. The shipment is nearly a month past due and still unfulfilled. Pura has shut down their customer service number, doesn't respond to emails, has a "live chat" option that is just a bot that provides no useful information. They've made it impossible to contact the company directly. Meanwhile they continue to sell product they don't have to new customers, when they can't even fulfill orders for existing customers. The devices can only use Pura scent pods, thus rendering them completely useless because they aren't shipping out the replacements Resolution Sought I am seeking a refund of my November order, refund for the two devices I purchased, and to cancel my subscription with this company.
