Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Money taken out on 3/24. Contract on 3/25. Money not yet returned. Have called and discussed this with supervisor, always getting the excuse that the money is in a separate account in my name. Please help. Resolution Sought Return my money, $275.00.
