I have been with out a refrigerator for a little over 2 weeks now. I followed the process of filling an online work order and had a response. The new management will not answer the phone they will not follow up with me they still have not fixed the refrigerator. I'm asking daily for follow ups and nothing. They cannot provide the vendor information on who's supposed to be coming out. I have lost well over 500 in fold due to the refrigerator going out. I'm losing more money daily due to unable to store anything. I have a deep freeze but that does not help with daily things. Like my kids wanting g cereal in the morning. They can't have it because I have 3 gallons of frozen milk in my garage. In the lease they are to maintenance the refrigerator and stove for kitchen appliances and over 2 weeks i have nothing. The amount of rent I pay they could have went and bought a new one by now. I have the chain of emails between me and this company Resolution Sought Fix the refrigerator or replace it
