Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This company keep me on the phone for almost 2hrs. I ordered a (JOINT SUPPORT).the order was 49.00+tax that brought the order to 52.00.and it is the only thing I ordered. They then told me that my order was 211.68 I did order this. They stated one lie after the next , asked to speak to the supervisor the sale's person said no supervisor was available. We went back and forward with the same thing with no results .They tried to say it's a IT issue . The lady on the chat said that Alana had refunded my money then she found a supervisor called Charlie to talk to me and stated 24hr are longer I would get my money. Why should I and it's no what I asked for. I have to use names to state my point as this is so stressful for me. Several times this has happened to me with other companies. They are waiting right now to take my money from the bank as it is on hold and that is a shame in the eyes of God . I have reported this to my bank and they have it on there records. Ordering a natural pain pill should not have resulted in this type of behavior. Resolution Sought Give me my money back today (211.68) on 11/15/2023,Delete all of my information from your system, I don't want your company sending information about your products at all, stop taking advantage of good hard working people . DO THE RIGHT THING.
