I set up cell service with them and after trying them out their service didn't work in my location. I called and canceled my service as they have no contracts "cancel anytime" and they will refund money. They acted happy to help me with this and said they did cancel my service. Now two months in a row the have charged my credit card 22.60… I've tried calling them several times and I can never get through. My credit card company won't help so as of now I have no choice but to pay for something I don't have. Very poor customer service. Resolution Sought In fact stop my service and stop charging my card. And refund that card for the past two payments.

My aunt signed me up for pure talk. In May of 2023 I left the company in Oct 2023 . In May my aunt bought me a cell phone from Walmart she bought the phone case and screen protector and then she purchased a 2 year warranty from Walmart. After I left pure talk they canceled my warranty. Now, my phone is messed up and they won't cover my phone because they canceled it. We never bought a warranty from them and I got the Walmart receipt and I got the sq trade page where they canceled it. Resolution Sought They need to pay for my phone and the warranty plan they had no business canceling.
