Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Puritans Pride vitamin company has an illegal advertisement running on my email. I cannot cancel nor remove this ad : When I try to delete this advertisement from my inbox it leaves the inbox however it does not go into my "junk mail box" nor does it go into my "deleted mail box" it simply hovers in abeyance only to return into my "in box" moments later. It's been going on like this for weeks. There is no unsubscribe clause to be found anywhere ( both of these practices are illegal - I have be able to remove the advertisement ). When I called their Customer service the man said he would see what he could do. When I email their customer service and complain they tell me they are backed up with communications and will eventually get to me; however, in the mean time I can place an order if I would like ( yes, correct, it is another advertising scheme). This activity is annoying to me. It is not legal practice and it needs to be stopped.! Resolution Sought Unsubscribe me. I would l I keep this practice stopped across the board - not just for me but for everyone involved. This practice is extremely annoying.
