Customer Complaint

I had new flooring put down in my house and two weeks later had a water leak. My insurance company said they work with Puroclean to help with the damages. The flooring company said the laminate flooring just needed to be pulled up and dried for a couple days. Puroclean came in and ripped out the floors, base rails, quarter round and the toe kicks on the cabinets. Another person from Puroclean came out and took a sample of the toe kick and said if they can't match the stain then they would redo all the cabinets. I have sent several messages and calls without anyone contacting me about repairs. In the mean time, I had another flooring company come out to lay down the laminate floors. They said the same thing as the first flooring company in that they basically destroyed everything. So, I had to pay for all new flooring, and everything else. My concern is the cabinets are 20 years old and through research making stain or even restraining is close to impossible. So, it looks like new cabinets are the only option. This could have all been avoided if the two people that took up the floor knew what they were doing. Unfortunately I am left with a half done kitchen and utility room. Resolution Sought I want Puroclean to patch the hole in the wall, replace all the baseboards, quarter round and if they catch match stain, replace cabinets.
