December, 2023 we paid for trash service with Purple Heart to begin the 1st Wednesday in January. We paid for service through March & also paid a deposit on a trash tote. The service was horrible; out of 7 weeks our trash was not picked up 3 times so we canceled on 2/14. After numerous emails & calls requesting the refund due, we have received no response from this business. Thanks, Resolution Sought A refund of the unearned money paid to them which would include the 3 weeks they didn't pick up the trash, the 7 weeks that was paid after the cancellation & the deposit required for the trash tote. I also think since they have deliberately refused to communicate with us interest should be paid since it is well over a month since a refund was requested.

On 9-28-2023 they called me to cancel my service because the truck was bottoming out and send me a refund of $191.00. I called on 10-17-2023 she said they made a mistake and would have to call the owner. I had already gotten another company. On 10-19-2023 I called she said the check was in the mail. On 10-27-2023 I called again and left a message. Still no check on 10-31-2023 so I called and said that I would take action if I didn't receive my check by Friday. On 11-02-2023 still no check so I called again and she said that she would have to call the owner and she would call me back. On 11-03-23 I am contacting you. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund
