On or about November 6,2023 I contacted Push Health for a prescription of Tirzepatide. After reviewing my medical history Nurse Harmony Vance a provider on the Push Health , platform,agreed that Tirzepatide was the best medication for me. During our telehealth visit I informed Nurse Harmony Vance that I Didn't want my medication from Hallandale Pharmacy, a pharmacy well known for heavily diluted Tirzepatide. Nurse Harmony Vance assured me that my medication was not coming from Hallandale Pharmacy. However when I received my Tirzepatide it was from Hallandale Pharmacy, l asked for a refund at which time Nurse Harmony Vance replied am not issuing a refund. I emailed Push Health customers service and was told I didn't have proof that Nurse Harmony Vance lied and told me my medication was coming from another pharmacy other than Hallandale. I provided proof showing I asked the name of the Pharmacy and she assured it was from Bell pharmacy not Hallandale Pharmacy. Push Health refuses to do the ethical, professional and right thing and issue a refund. Resolution Sought I would like to receive a refund.
