We are just now receiving this request from BCA. You could have taken all of these actions through any of the emails you received from us. I have taken these actions for you. Our business is fully lawfully compliant, has been in operation since 1998 and has outstanding ratings from Trust Pilot and BBB (look us up for Santa Rosa Beach, Florida), We have literally mailed thousands of $50 gift cards to our daily contest winners since 2019, and counting (https://www.amillionquizzes.com/how-it-works/). We're sorry you're unhappy with the emails you received, and wish you well.

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our services. The $494 email linked you to an opportunity to earn money. It did not mention PayPal at all. The email mentioning an iPhone did not indicate you had "won" anything. Our site indicates we do not handle fulfillment of any of these advertising offers, and to contact the advertisers with any questions. We only handle the daily quizzes linked in every email we send to you, and we do handle fulfillment of sending those winnings to users every day. Clear instructions are available in every email we send to you on how to unsubscribe from our mailings.

You were removed per your request. We do run some promotions mentioning PayPal, but none that reference the amount of $494, which is an offer for a paid survey opportunities site. Your complaint appears to relate to 3 different advertisements, 2 of which you seem to have conflated, and all of which you are interpreting as you automatically receiving things for having done nothing. The ads are asking if you want to receive these things, much as an ad might say "New car for Joe?" And like that ad, our copy goes on to explain that you have to take steps to receive these things, and includes additional disclaimers such as "For qualified users. See Full Details" (for paid survey site opportunities), "Note: Paid involvement is required to receive this reward. See here for full details." (for rewards type offers such as the PayPal and iPhone offers you referenced) and others. Companies cannot simply give you $494, phones and more for doing nothing, or they would quickly go bankrupt, just as an auto dealer would quickly go out of business giving away cars to people who have done nothing to earn them.
